Position Overview:
As a Field Sales Representative, you'll take on the exciting challenge of independently managing the sales and distribution of our products at Target, Weis Market, and other select retailers. Your pivotal role will involve bolstering our brand presence within your local market.
Compensation:
You'll receive $50/week $5 for each case sold in this commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. You will be required to work 4-5 hours per week, but have the option to work additional hours if you wish, providing you with the flexibility to tailor your schedule to your needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandise and maintain our product in two Target locations we are already in on a weekly basis.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with various new retailers, store managers, and staff to drive sales.
- Collaborate with our logistics team to coordinate timely delivery of Yerbaé to stores.
- Conduct regular visits to stores to oversee product placement, merchandise, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Actively engage with customers at stores to promote Yerbaé products, answer inquiries, and drive sales through product tastings when applicable.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategic initiatives to maximize sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving sales.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience required
- Merchandising or distribution experience preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in retail
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations or promotional events
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle with a current drivers license
