What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at Yieldify?
We’re looking for Sales Managers to join our London team. Your mission is to help emerging and established ecommerce businesses understand the power of personalization to improve shopper experiences that result in more customers, greater revenue and stronger brand loyalty. Your success is based on meeting or exceeding annual recurring revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and uncover personalization needs based on the ecommerce opportunities and pain-points unique to each prospect.
- Clearly connect prospect needs and goals with Yieldify’s differentiated technology and solution.
- Effectively manage the sales process ensuring that prospects are educated and engaged, and you have earned their trust.
- Become an industry and product expert.
- Mentor business development representatives to help them develop and grow.
We're looking for someone with:
- A successful track record of consultative selling in the marketing technology or digital media space. Prefer a minimum of 3 years in sales with focus on mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Exceptional persuasive skills – oral and written communication, active listening, emotional intelligence, problem-solving and business acumen
