What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Fitness Instructor - Zumba - Chandler YMCA position at YMCA?

**Ideal schedule is to teach Tues/Thurs from 9am-10am and possibly Saturday's 9am-10am
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A ZUMBA GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR:
- Motivate and lead class participants through fun, enjoyable ZUMBA classes
- Create positive lasting memories for each participant, each day
- This is not an exhaustive list of job duties. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS TO BE A ZUMBA GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR:
- Must enjoy teaching others
- Minimum age 18
- Current state approved First Aid, CPR/AED Certificate
- Current nationally recognized group fitness instructor certificate (e.g. ACE, AFAA YMCA Group Fitness Instructor, ACSM or National Exercise Trainers Association only)
- A positive energetic attitude with the ability to motivate others
