As the Finance Director , you will provide leadership and oversight for all financial aspects of the organization. You will support development of the operating budget, manage all accounting functions, administer accounting policies and procedures, and ensure preparation of complete and accurate financial statements.

We are looking for someone who displays the YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required, CPA license preferred. Five or more years of related experience required. Accounting experience in a non-profit organization preferred. Knowledge of GAAP and single audit requirements is necessary. Previous staff supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of, and expertise with, computerized accounting systems and standard business software required. The ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial.
