The Opportunity
This role will be a key member of our Digital Marketing team and will focus on optimizing paid ads, focusing primarily on social media to impact growth & profitability of our media & software business lines.
Your mission will be to optimize our social media marketing strategy to lower cost per conversion, expand our current strategy across the rest of our product set and help to coordinate with analytics teams to strengthen our overall marketing efforts.
We're looking for somebody who's willing to work hard for big rewards - expanding your reach outside of your initial department and coordinating across the entire team to influence a better sales and marketing strategy.
This role requires an individual with extensive knowledge of social media ads who is tech savvy, strategic, and organized. We're looking for somebody who balances these traits with exceptional communication skills.
We're looking for a candidate who can work collaboratively with the rest of our Digital Marketing team to make sure our ad strategy seamlessly integrates into our SEO, Email Marketing, and organic social media strategy.
This person must thrive in a team setting, be interested in continual self-development to stay abreast of industry trends and tooling, and be comfortable in an often-changing work environment.
Responsibilities
- Ad configuration including creative input, copy recommendations, audience & targeting configuration, and technical optimization
- Drive ad strategy to increase lead generation and email list growth, digital product conversions, and PPC campaign profitability
- Day-to-day monitoring management of digital marketing campaigns
- PPC landing page optimization
- Data-driven KPI tracking reporting of all paid advertising campaigns. Both working with analytics team and by interpreting data on your own.
- Active collaboration with Digital Marketing team including campaign alignment with SEO Content Director
- Ensure website tracking configuration is accurate and conversion data is accurate.
Requirements
- *** Extensive knowledge of Facebook Business Suite is a MUST ***
- *** Must be local to NYC ***
- Proven experience results-driven success with B2C digital marketing across all platforms with a primary focus on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok advertising
- Experience working with digital marketing agency to gain valuable insight on market trends and best practices.
- Extensive knowledge of web analytics tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work in a highly collaborative team setting
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Must maintain a "no-task-to-small" mindset and be willing to be a team player
- Hustle mentality - dedication and hard work is compensated accordingly
- Light familiarity with WordPress for pixel and conversion tracking
