POSITION:
YogaSix is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager who will be the driving force behind our designated studio(s). This pivotal role ensures every facet of the studio radiates our hallmark excellence, from top-notch customer service to seamless operations. This leader will be the guiding light for our Wellness Advisors and Teachers, making sure every interaction is a manifestation of the YogaSix spirit.
CRITERIA FOR JOINING OUR VIBRANT TEAM:
- Sales Acumen: 2 years in retail/service or fitness sales, with a verifiable track record of outperforming sales goals.
- People Management: Proven expertise in leading, coaching, and inspiring teams to achieve their best.
- Lead Dynamo: Exceptional skills in generating and nurturing leads, turning potential into membership.
- Revenue Growth: Capacity to expand all revenue streams: memberships, retail, and teacher training.
- Flawless Communication: Must be fluent in English and capable of engaging people across diverse channels: face-to-face, phone, and email.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and Sales Drive: Be the face of YogaSix, attracting new members and ensuring current ones remain loyal.
- Revenue Management: Oversee and amplify all revenue channels: Memberships, Retail, and Teacher Training.
- Budget & Reporting: Keep a vigilant eye on the studio's finances, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely reporting.
- Marketing Maven: Conceptualize and implement compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our ethos.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, train, and inspire the best talents in the industry.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the studio is a beacon of functionality and aesthetic charm.

PHYSICAL ASPECTS:
- Flexibility: Be prepared for hours that might exceed the conventional 8-hour shifts, including weekends.
- Physical Strength: Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, climb stairs (not all locations have elevators), and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
- Vision & Hearing: Must have sharp vision attributes and impeccable hearing skills.
