DZConneX is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager for a full-time, permanent opportunity. The Sr. Program Manager will support a growing contingent workforce program.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversees all operations to monitor service, delivery, quality and key success factors.
- Provides ongoing training for managers and suppliers to enable program compliance and success.
- Builds relationships with key sponsors and hiring managers. Develops strong understanding of client culture and needs.
- Works with hiring managers and suppliers to ensure requisitions are filled in a timely manner with quality candidates.
- Oversees the billing process and works with the supplier and/or client to resolve issues as the arise.
- Liaises with Supplier Management Team to ensure supplier support model is aligned with client needs, as well as regularly review and enhance the model
- Drives cost saving initiatives and efficiencies.
- Partners with Strategic Account Director to identify new business opportunities.
- Serves as the team manager to a number of direct reports, overseeing the teams workload and coaches as appropriate. Works to develop and grow the team.
- Provides recommendations on operational efficiency, strategy, and identifies ongoing program improvements.
- Works with the Sr Director on special projects and any additional needs for the client.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Sr. Program Manager within staffing/recruiting industry.
- Customer interfacing experience.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficient PC Skills including MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- Experience within the staffing industry, preferably in an onsite setting.
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $95,360.00 - $143,040.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
