Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking to build a strong pipeline.
- Conduct presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and challenges.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales objectives.
- Adaptability and resilience in handling challenges and changing market dynamics.
