Your Purpose
The Membership Advisor will be responsible for sourcing new prospects through activities outside of the gym, setting appointments for both personally produced leads and marketing leads and ultimately selling membership to prospects who join YouFit Gyms.

How You Will Contribute
- Manage and participate in marketing events
- Foster relationships with businesses in the local community with the intention of generating leads and new members for YouFit Gyms
- Partner with our Corporate Sales Manager to generate leads for corporate sales
- Create a positive first impression to all members and guests
- Understand and contribute to all monthly, quarterly goals and objectives
- Perform engaging in-gym quick look arounds (QLAs)
- Sell memberships & personal training programs
- Accurate data entry within all written and electronic forms
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Effective communication skills for phone calls and in-person prospect and member engagement
- Self motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English language
