JOB LOCATION: Western Hills Elementary and Crestview Elementary
SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 11:00a-1:00p Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday
HOURLY PAY RATE: $10.25-$11.75/hour
CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS: October 10, 2022 - Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
SUMMARY: Operating within the policies, procedures, and practices of the YMCA of Greater Des Moines, this position is responsible for teaching/training program participants at local elementary schools during recess.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Demonstrate and teach activities.
- Conduct program in a fun, positive atmosphere.
- Know emergency procedures and be able to demonstrate them.
- Report specific problems or needs to supervisor or designated staff person.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or designated staff person.
- Demonstrate and support the objectives of the Association as embodied in the mission statement and values.
Salary : $10 - $12
