If you are a current employee, please STOP and apply through the Careers Application in Workday Job Description Summary: Summary: The Anaplan Manager, Sales Planning & Analytics is responsible for building and managing the Anaplan Model Building team, working cross-functionally with discipline leads within SPM, and delivery of Anaplan models, training, and analytics. Job Description: • Manage the model building/Analyst team to develop skillsets and build an Anaplan COE • Create a plan to assign and execute the tasks in achievable sprints to keep the projects and team on track • Provide expertise and establish best Anaplan best practices across the Sales Performance organization. • Design and improve on how we report on performance, track metrics, and set key targets. • Understand the end-to-end structure of running a Sales Ops team (e.g. headcount & capacity planning, territory assignment, goal performance, and attainment reporting). • Build and execute a vision of integrated planning. • Improve our data foundations to increase visibility and insight into critical business metrics. • Define our data and metric dictionary. • Enable Ops leadership on how to interpret and drive action against key metrics. • Elicit and evaluate business requirements, consult with stakeholders and SPM team to insure model design reflects business needs. • Lead Anaplan projects by collaborating with business team to develop user stories, converting user stories into achievable sprint, and document Anaplan builds • Partner with Business leads to design, develop, test, and implement Anaplan solutions • Partner with cross functional teams to understand existing excel models and translate them into efficiently built, dynamic connected Anaplan models where information can be shared across the organization • Drive new or enhanced Anaplan implementations, upgrades and integrations. • Train new users on the system and document processes • Perform root cause analyses and propose solutions • Own Anaplan requirements backlog, system architecture, access management, configuration and integration • Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions and other model settings • Manage Data Integrations & Data HUB • Leverage business process knowledge and expertise in the Anaplan area to drive business process improvements • Work with 3rd party vendors and engineering teams to assess and take proactive steps to reduce technical debt and leverage new system capabilities • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the Anaplan platform. • Understand the business needs, use cases and the broader SPM landscape and strategy. • Understand the technical design, system administration, security, and business management of the Anaplan models, and linkage to other systems and initiatives. • Ensure upstream and downstream impacts and dependencies are well understood and communicated to appropriate stakeholders and incorporated into overall project plans • Optimize the user experience and value of our models. • Communicate and escalate any identified risk or deficiencies in the process, systems, or approach • Identify and document problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback, and facilitate correction or refer problems to appropriate personnel for correction • Maintain understanding of current technologies and Anaplan practices through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups.
