GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Business Office Manager position is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and conducting accounts receivable and human resources activities. The Business Office Manager is responsible for daily operations of the office including assisting staff and patients and works closely with regional leadership.

Human Resources
•Assist regional leadership with managing and reviewing candidate applications and schedule interviews.
•Assist with onboarding including application/form completion, screenings, setting start dates, etc.
•Arrange training and onboarding schedule with regional staff and assist with coordinating intensive attendance.
•Coordination of bonus calculation questions/corrections with payroll/leadership/employees.
•Coordination of payroll issues such as missing paystubs, direct deposits, etc.
•Coordination of equipment return from former employees.

Revenue Management
•Answer patient and employee questions related to, but not limited to, copayments, insurance, billing, collections, coverage, etc.
•Assist with cash and insurance collections.
•Provide assistance to statewide Accounts Receivable team.
•Responsible for ongoing insurance validation.
•Provide critical financial information for new patients and clients.
•Update patient financial information including current primary and secondary insurances.
•Participate in coaching calls.
•Perform other duties as requested or required, at the sole discretion of the Company.

•Attend in-services and meetings on a regular basis.

•Must be available during normal work hours (unless previously approved by direct supervisor). Additional hours may be required to complete normal business functions and/or projects.
•Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with patients, employees, management, visitors, government agencies, and the general public and maintain an open-door policy for all employees.
•Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
