compensation: Starting at $13.00-$17.00 per hour

employment type: Full-time or Part-time (35-40 hours)

We are looking for a skilled Admin to undertake a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks and clerical functions in order to drive company success. We are searching for a motivated candidate with a bright, positive personality who will help us ensure our office operations run smoothly. An excellent Office Administrator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with Exceptional attention to detail. You will need to be comfortable Collaborating with clients in person in addition to over phone and email.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a friendly personality, is proactive and be able to take initiative to complete assigned tasks, organize their work using tools, like Excel, Dropbox, and Google Docs. It is critical that this position be available to the team and clients during our 9-5 business hours during the week.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Preferred experience as an Admin or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills ·
  • Knowledge of MS Office, QuickBooks, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Dropbox.

​​Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and support other teams with various administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with office personnel and clients via in person, phone and/or email ·
  • Greet visitors at the office and direct them to the appropriate your logo team member, show product/ take order or help them pick up existing orders
  • Plan and schedule embroidery schedule based on deadlines ·
  • Check in apparel to match work orders. (Must be able to lift 25 lbs)
  • Assist in the embroidery production department to prepare garments for production. Finishing garments: stack, fold, label & tag.
  • Invoice and collect payments
  • Assist with daily organization tasks (turning on/off lights, keeping office picked up, check bathrooms are clean, Dust, take out trash regularly etc.)
  • Maintain files and records in Dropbox.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders, go shopping, run errands, and local driving

There is an opportunity for growth and advancement for an individual who excels in this position. This individual can move into the embroidery department and learn the embroidery machine trade or sales

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Common Surfaces are sanitized regularly. Entire office staff you will be working with daily is vaccinated

  • Suite 103 Melbourne, FL 32935: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
