Remote Customer Chat Specialists provide an exceptional first impression on behalf of our customers by quickly answering online chat requests from customers.
You will provide extensive knowledge about specific products and services, and identify consumer wants and needs. All communication with consumers takes place via our web-based live chat console.
Each Chat Specialist is responsible for having dynamic conversations that drive the consumer to want to do business with us.
Conversations are not scripted and we pride ourselves in creating relationships and hearing the needs of our customers. Chat Specialists need to think quickly and provide a personalized experience for each consumer based on their wants and needs.
Therefore, the ability to multi-task, improvise, and type quickly is a must. Chat Specialists are also responsible for working in teams to meet individual and company benchmarks.
Duties
- Responding to prospects in chat software, social media accounts, and email if needed
- Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and our Sales Representatives.
- Keeping a detailed log of your contacts, including those who were not interested.
- Following up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past.
- Open to stepping in to take calls ranging from 15 min calls to actual sales calls when needed.
Qualifications
- Must be experienced at navigating website pages and quickly identifying information
- Must have social media experience
- Must have effective written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Possess critical thinking skills
- Adaptable
- Career-oriented and professional
- Experience as a Sales and / or Customer Service Associate is a plus

- Full-time
- $4 / hour- $6 / hour USD plus commission.
