Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using evaluation tools such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland, etc.
- Create Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on results.
- Provide supervision and individualized training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) in home, daycare, and/or community environments
- Implement caregiver training and collect data for caregiver training goals
- Utilize online data collection system for client program books, data collection, graphing, and assessment reports
Job Requirements:
- BCBA certification
- Pediatric CPR certification
- Reliable transportation as travel is often required between clients’ service locations
