Hammonton CSAP (Crisis Stabilization and Assessment Program) is intended to work with high-risk behavior clients through a comprehensive understanding of what may be contributing to the high-risk behaviors.
Residential Assistants are expected to have a unique sensitivity to recognize and appropriately respond to clients who may have evidenced difficulties.
(We have flexible days to meet your needs for shifts and guidance by a wonderful psychiatric and medical support team.)

Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license.
H.S. Diploma/G.E.D.
Bachelor’s degree with one year experience or High school graduate (or equivalent) with 3 years of experience providing direct care to individuals with I/DD in a behavioral health or institutional setting.
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday or During the week (Flexible days)
Full time or Part time 3:00p-11:00p, 11:00p-7:00a
Hammonton CSAP is a program of Youth Consultation Service (YCS), which is a behavioral health and social services agency that has been caring for at risk children and families since 1918 in therapeutic residences, special education schools, in-home and in-community programs throughout NJ.
