Position Overview:
Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Case Manager- MHJJ maintains family relationships while providing a safe, stable and nurturing environment to clients. Assesses client needs and provides services accordingly.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 year's case management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 year's plus of experience working with high-risk youth
