Bar Manager

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly experienced Bar Manager to join our team. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue and increase profitability, while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for our customers. **Duties:** - Manage and train a team of bar staff to ensure exceptional customer service and efficiency. - Oversee food production, including menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation. - Implement and maintain high-quality standards for food and beverages. - Manage the bar and kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and equipment. - Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance. - Ensure compliance with all food service regulations, including health and safety standards.

**Requirements:** - Proven experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant, with a focus on bar management. - Strong background in culinary operations, with a focus on food production and management. - Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team. - Strong interviewing skills, with the ability to identify and hire top talent. - Knowledge of food safety and health regulations. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Experience with food production and management, including inventory management and food preparation. - A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
