Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or relevant role in the food industry
- Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and presentation styles
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in sushi preparation
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in handling raw fish
- Certification in culinary arts or relevant field is a plus
