Sales executive
Yvel is a luxury jewelry brand recognized worldwide for its distinctive creations featuring nature’s most treasured resources. Founded by Orna and Isaac Levy in 1986, Yvel has a rich history of cultivating fine jewelry for over 30 years.
Rare organic pearls are Yvel’s signature design motif with select natural diamonds, emeralds, sapphires and other gems featuring prominently. Yvel is legendary for its free form designs in which 18k white, yellow or rose satin finished gold is fashioned around the gemstone, caressing it and enhancing its unique beauty.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Achievement:
- Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by management.
- Ensure that each client receives outstanding and exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of Customer Service before, during and after sales client
- This includes after sales clients if a Yvel after-sales dedicated area/staff is not available
- Adapt approach according to the client needs and motivations
- Negotiate and handle objections with ease
- Assist and support after sales clients in accordance with Yvel values. Act as a referent and provide recommendations that will provide an exceptional client experience
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and Yvel initiatives
- Consistently and accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building, effectively utilizing the tools that are available
- Appropriately resolve client issues/concerns and escalate as needed to Management
- Partner with Management to develop a plan to support, and participate to, in-store and offsite events and networking
Daily Boutique Operations:
- Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Yvel boutique
- Assist with daily set-up and breakdown of the boutique, and communicate on any maintenance issues
- Assist in the merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock
- Actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare and ensure a successful audit
- Assist with special projects, as needed (i.e. price changes, supporting back office responsibilities, etc.)
Required Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment
Technical Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment
- Computer and internet Savvy
- MS Office experience required
Personal Skills/Abilities:
- Additional language skills are a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
- Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and Customer (internal and external) priorities
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
- Uphold Yvel image by maintaining professional demeanor at all times and be an Ambassador for the Brand.
- Self-Starter with Team-Player approach
- Must be available to work retail hours including weekends and to travel for trainings, client events.
Responsibilities:

- Resolved customer issues as they arose.
- Answer phone calls and call customers to invite them to the store
- Maintain professional relationship and attitude with coworkers.
- Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the store .
- Responsibility for opening and closing the store accordingly.
- Establishing local marketing and sales strategies and goals for promotion and sales of Company products.
- Identifying qualified potential clients in the local area.
- Providing direct local customer liaison and support.
- Setting up local private sales and marketing events.
- Cultivating relationships with the local community and maintaining customer relationships.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plan. Capture customer data.
- Elevate in store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every customer. Demonstrate passion as an Yvel brand ambassador during every selling process.
Qualifications:
· High level sales skills
· Successful previous experience as a sales representative in a luxury environment
· Experience with sales of luxury goods
· Experience with operating cash register
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, outgoing and friendly
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Integrity and professionalism

Salary: $38,865.55 - $182,312.66 per year
