Qualifications:

CDA [Child Development Associate] Certificate preferred

Professionally prepared as a assistant to the teacher of young infants. This person must be a sensitive and mature individual who is able to relate well to both children and adults and will be able to work well with the head teacher.

Responsible for the assisting a class of 12-15 Infants between the ages of 6 weeks to 2 years.

Reports to: Director of Childcare

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assiting the head teacher with general infant care needs and oversight
  • Changing Diapers
  • Bottle Feeding
  • Maintaining professional attitudes and loyalty to the school daycare all times.
  • Treating all children & parents with dignity and respect
  • Assisting in public-relations events sponsored by the agency.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
