Job Description:

lives after trauma related incidents. The Grant Manager
will work closely with the YWCA North Central Indiana Vice President
of Grant Administration and the management team to meet the
organization's needs. The Grant Manager should be able to communicate
clearly in both written and verbal communication, have strong
analytical and project management skills, have an understanding of
fiscal reports and post-award financial management of grants, and work
independently.
Reporting Relationship
This position reports directly to the Vice President of Grant Administration.
Supervises N/A
Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Responsible for managing government-funded post-award grant management, nonprofit financial management, and regulatory compliance monitoring and oversight.
- Strong writing, organizational, administrative, and project coordination skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate (both verbally and in writing), exercise sound judgment, ask questions, and be open to the input and decisions of others
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively, solve problems, make decisions, and support change
- Oversee the post-award project management of each grant, including draws and supporting documentation
- Communicates with other YWCANCIN staff members about requirements, reporting, spending down funding, and other grant-related communication.
- Assist in maintaining electronic and paper records related to grant files, as well as updating the grants calendar with relevant deadlines and tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned.
