As the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on the performance of our marketing campaigns. You will develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive growth and optimize marketing initiatives across various digital channels. This role is critical to the success of our marketing efforts and will require a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains a framework for measuring and reporting on marketing campaigns; with a focus on digital marketing campaigns, including web analytics, social media, email, and paid advertising
- Maps the process to track customer engagement from initial impression through to repeat sales
- Analyzes and interprets data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Develops and presents regular reports to the marketing team and other stakeholders on campaign performance, including KPIs, ROI, and other relevant metrics
- Collaborates with the marketing team to develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance and drive growth
- Works closely with the data and analytics team to ensure data accuracy and consistency and identify areas for improvement in data collection and reporting
- Conducts ad-hoc analysis as needed to support strategic decision-making and provide insights into customer behavior and preferences
- Stays up to date on emerging marketing analytics trends and best practices, and makes recommendations for how to incorporate them into our marketing strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree. Or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with a focus on web analytics, social media, email, and paid advertising required.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets
- Expertise in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama), or similar
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex data in an understandable way.
- Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
