The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. An effective sales associate will also be able to motivate employees to perform according to their maximum capacity.
Responsibilities
· Have the knowledge of product’s benefits, history, material and use it to assist and educate customers on options and availability
· Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking
· Processes customer transactions in the Point of Sale system, including sales, returns and
exchanges in accordance with authorized procedures
· Resolve complaints from customers in a professional manner
· Greet and engage every customer in a welcoming manner
· Achieve and exceed daily sales goals
· Maintain an attractive visual merchandising display
· Keep track of store related data – ex. Foot traffic, products requests etc..
· Be able to be flexible with His/Her schedule when we are short of staff
Requirements
· Proven experience as retail sales associate and in other managerial position
· Knowledge of retail management best practices
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
· Outgoing personality and enjoys story telling
· Commercial awareness
