RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and maintain employee involuntary deductions (garnishments, child support, levies, etc.).
- Complete employment, earning and deduction statements for local, state, and federal government agencies.
- Communicate with employees regarding status and documentation of involuntary deductions
- Organizes and maintains files of records and correspondence of both a routine and confidential nature.
- Scan and Index payroll information into document retention database.
- Troubleshoot payroll inquiries.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs: Excel, Word and Outlook
- Exhibit customer service orientation, accuracy, mathematical reasoning, verbal, and written communication skills
- Responsible work ethic and strong organizational skills
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with shifting priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision on most projects or tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
- Demonstrate creative problem solving skills
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong proof-reading skills
