Administer and maintain employee involuntary deductions (garnishments, child support, levies, etc.).
Complete employment, earning and deduction statements for local, state, and federal government agencies.
Communicate with employees regarding status and documentation of involuntary deductions
Organizes and maintains files of records and correspondence of both a routine and confidential nature.
Scan and Index payroll information into document retention database.
Troubleshoot payroll inquiries.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma
Minimum 3-5 years of related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft programs: Excel, Word and Outlook
Exhibit customer service orientation, accuracy, mathematical reasoning, verbal, and written communication skills
Responsible work ethic and strong organizational skills
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with shifting priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision on most projects or tasks
Strong interpersonal skills to influence and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
Demonstrate creative problem solving skills
Must be detail-oriented and have strong proof-reading skills
