This position will be 100% in office in sunny St George. For the right candidate, Zallevo will offer a $1,500 relocation package awarded at completion of employment trial period.

- Have an outgoing, friendly, and optimistic personality.
- Help answer inbound live calls, emails & texts from customers and team members.
- Help answer outbound calls, respond to emails with correct grammar and punctuation.
- Work with customers and team members in identifying key issues, researching answers to problems, provide solutions, and explore alternatives.
- Provide product, compensations plan, and other program training to customers as needed.
- Help give advice on how to use products, and have a working understanding of the product ingredients.
- Provide basic technical support for internal systems, and escalate any needed advanced issues to operations staff.
- Identify, report, and follow-up with any reported issues to make sure issues are resolved.
- Help with miscellaneous team projects as needed.
- Record and document key information various software platforms
- Represent the company and brand in a professional, competent, and positive manner at all times.
While past experience in a similar role may help, we hire based off of personality, not just former experience.
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Reliable Transportation to Ensure Prompt Arrival for work
Tech-Savvy
Schedule Flexibility (End of the month sometimes requires working late)
Schedule:
9:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday
