Requirements:
- 6 years of HR experience in a high-growth start-up; ideally someone who was the first or second HR hire at a high-growth start-up where they played a key role in building and managing the HR function
- Functional Experience: Proven HR generalist who has touched recruiting, culture, employee relations engagement, talent management, people development, compensation, benefits, organizational development, compliance and legal
- Must instill and uphold organization values throughout the business (Go get it, Drive a mile, Own your zone, Execute relentlessly, Raise the bar, Spend wisely)
