1. Assemble menu items
2. Prep all food items
3. Properly package all menu items
4. Portion control
5. Proper holding and storage of all foods
6. Take out the trash
7. Assist in front of house operations as necessary
8. Unpack and store incoming inventory orders
9. Report to management when equipment malfunctions
10. Clean and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas
11. Clean and maintain the equipment
