Overview:
Create a positive work environment that is consistent with Zaxby’s Core Values and Mission Statement. Provide unparalleled and exceptional food service to our community. Ensure each employee supports this initiative on every shift.
Supervises the team members of each shift, including CTs and CZTs.
General Job Functions:
Manage a restaurant crew and give guests excellent experiences and delicious food!
Lead team to ensure service and product quality are top notch!
Coach team to ensure all of Zaxby’s operational procedures are followed at the highest level!
Specific Job Requirements:
Excellent attitude and positivity!
Ability to manage a crew of 6-10 people on each shift
Driver's license and vehicle required!
Delegate and orchestrate management of all critical activities
Be available to manage lunch and evening shifts throughout the week.
Attend weekly manager meetings
Walking, standing or sitting for extended periods of time.
Lifting a minimum 50 lbs. overhead
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
