Zayo is seeking a Salesloft Administrator who will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the Salesloft platform for Zayo. Our Salesloft Administrator acts as the technology expert andliaison and provides ongoing support for technical configuration including, automation rules, field configuration, field mapping, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the expert for workflow strategy and template/ cadence building - is the liaison between reps, leaders and admins. Focus on improving the sales team's performance based on Salesloft analytics/coaching dashboard.

  • Partner with marketing and sales enablement managers to build content and messaging within Salesloft to drive demand and increased funnel.Align newly launched campaigns and messaging with Sales Managers / Enablement.

  • Focus on continual education of Salesloft including monthly training sessions, new hire onboarding, ad hoc team meetings and managing internal support and communication

  • Execute monthly user audits to ensure settings are configured correctly and terminated user licenses have been deactivated.

  • Partner with Zayo BI team to ensure alignment of SL dashboards and BI published dashboards.

  • In collaboration with Salesloft success teams, deliver monthly executive leadership reports: adoption, cadence and template results, deal health, etc.

  • Coordinate and manage Zoom Info Training for the sales organization.

  • Ensure sales prospecting efforts are supported by ZoomInfo workflows and technology.

  • Assist enablement team with managing training logistics.

  • Manage the GSM website - The Connection to ensure the most up to date information is posted.

  • Provide assistance with Friday Frontlines development.

  • Additional projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 3-5 years in telecom space, preferred.

  • Efficient with computers, experience using CRM systems; experience with Salesforce a strong plus, not required.

  • Experience with change order processing preferred.

  • Attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities.

  • Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing requests in a professional manner.

  • Desire to understand processes, identify improvements, and implement change.

  • Basic understanding of telecommunications products.

Base salary: $56,300 - $78,800, commensurate with experience
