Zeal is a locally owned lifestyle management company established to help people with their life’s busy.

The Lifestyle and Home Management Specialist position is a new role created to help boost our customer experience and operational needs of our growing company. The talented candidate will be accountable for the following:

• Providing outstanding customer service at every turn
• Periodic attendance and participation in business development activities
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, service partners, and Zeal team

Role duties

• Recurring assigned tasks within customer homes : light tidying and housekeeping, laundry assistance, errand running, home vendor management and other home management and organization projects as required
• Consistent availability for Zeal customer assignment - recurring availability at the same times each week
• Customer service and partnership with dedicated/assigned customers
• Ability to handle numerous projects at various stages

• Experience in home-management and a service-related role is a big plus

Details

• The Lifestyle Management Specialist position is a 15-20-hour position located in Omaha Nebraska. This is a full-time, hourly paid position.

Reports To

The Lifestyle and Home Management Specialist will report to Kelly Spurgeon, Founder of Zeal.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
