The Role:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. You will have full ownership of paid search. Paid search is Zealthy's largest channel, so you will have an opportunity to build and optimize ads that have a material impact on the trajectory of the business. You will own our search, PMax, and Shopping ads, and also other areas of search and Google-owned marketing channels such as YouTube and Android.

What You’ll Do:
- Create and implement comprehensive paid search strategies to support the company’s marketing objectives and business goals
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google and Bing. This will include Google Shopping, PMax, and more.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics (e.g., ROI, CPA, CTR) and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage the paid search media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases that align with our target audience.
- Collaborate with other in-house marketers to optimize landing page, conversion rate, and more.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience (3 years) in managing paid search media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and advertising compliance is a plus.
