We are looking for two (2) talented & experienced Restaurant General Managers-Fast Food Seafood to be part of a leading restaurant chain that offers a wide range of menu items and a welcoming atmosphere.
We have two available areas: Farmington, NM & Santa Fe, NM.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including food quality, customer service, employee development, and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
- Collect and act on customer feedback.
- Motivate and manage team performance and staffing levels.
- Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory, control waste, and forecast sales.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Communicate goals, deadlines, and promote teamwork.
- Implement local marketing strategies for sales growth.
Must Have Requirements:
- 18 years or older; High School Diploma or equivalent.
- No less than 6 months as General Manager or 1 year in restaurant management.
- No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years or 3 in the last 9 years.
- A resume that is current and up to date to 2024.
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.
- Availability for nights and weekends.
- Strong commitment to customer service and cleanliness.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
