Catskills RV Resort, part of Zeman Homes RV Resorts, is looking for a part-time, seasonal Reservations Specialist. This position creates a pleasant and engaging experience for our RV resort guests in person and over the phone. The candidate can effectively process reservations and payments. This is a part-time position that works 3 to 4 days per week, in the afternoon and early evening. One weekend day is required.
This is a part-time, seasonal position.
Essential Job Duties:
- Guides incoming callers through the reservation process.
- Educates guests on resort location, amenities, and reservation process.
- Creates a positive guest experience by effectively managing the site rental and reservation process.
- Ensures all reservation and payment data is entered into the system timely, and accurately per procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding inbound and outbound calls, reservations and payments.
- Fields guest concerns, complaints, and requests.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong ability to follow directions, including following safety protocol.
- Ability to work well independently as well as on a team.
- Strong attention to details while performing duties.
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with email and internet.
- Ability to cross-train in other resort related areas.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

JOB DUTIES
- Guides incoming callers through the reservation process.
- Educates guests on resort location, amenities and bookings by retaining knowledge of the resort and its amenities.
- Creates a positive guest experience by effectively managing the site rental process.
- Ensures all data in RMS is entered in timely, correctly and accurately. Processes payment according to policy.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding inbound and outbound calls.
- Field guest concerns , complaints and requests
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency skills including the ability to use Google Suite, email and internet
