We're looking for creative, outgoing individuals to join our team as Front Desk Agents. The ideal candidate has a passion for interacting with customers, and will be responsible for checking in visitors, ensuring hotel rooms are prepared and answering any additional questions customers may have. Our Front Desk Agents are responsible for being informative and helpful to customers, so we're looking for an individual who is eager to take on new responsibilities and grow with our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer the phone promptly and respond appropriately to customer needs.
  • Check people into and out of the hotel as efficiently as possible.
  • Answer questions about the services provided by the hotel.
  • Communicate with employees in other departments to ensure that customers' needs are met.
  • Be a good manager to other employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.40 per hour

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
