Job Title: Showroom Manager

Essential Functions:
- Ensure showroom is kept to company visual standards
- Maintain product knowledge
- Make sure showroom floor is covered with Sales associates or SM during regular hours
- Assist General Manager in hiring new sales associates
- Sales Responsibility
- Ability to oversee and manage full sales cycle of each client
- Inventory standards of warehouse
- Constant communication with vendors, distributors, contractors, and clients on customer needs and maintaining a stellar showroom experience
- Showroom Events
- Maximize company sales growth and profitability using creative selling skills, teamwork, and customer service to help reach monthly and annual sales goals.
- Actively listen and engage customers, using appropriate selling skills to match the customer’s needs, ultimately delivering a seamless experience that develops long-term relationships.
- Self-Motivate and stay accountable to individual sales and service goals, as determined by management.
- Be well informed about orders and any status changes
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as prospect for new customers.
- Develop, share, and apply product expertise by staying informed with the marketplace and industry trends.
- Actively participate in store meetings and training sessions.
- Assist in promotion via social media, print, and web.
- Be a team player, helping the Zen Stoneworks umbrella grow as well as acting as a brand ambassador in the community.

Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience as a showroom manager/ high-end retail a plus
- Self-starter that is willing to take ownership of assigned projects & tasks
- Perform well in environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Superior organization skills and the ability to effectively multi-task
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong eye for detail
Work Conditions:
- Physical surroundings are pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards with moderate level of noise
- Physical effort required; able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Constantly moving between desk, showroom floor, shop, and office to service customers
- Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds
Other Duties:
- Represent the company through active participation in community organizations and events.
- Actively participate in industry trade group meetings and educational programs to remain abreast of current issues and requirements affecting the company’s operations and job performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff and clients are required to wear a proper face covering when in the showrooms. Our showrooms have limited capacity and all clients must sanitize upon entering. High touch surfaces are sanitized daily.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
