Qualifications:
- Graduate from an approved Practical School of Nursing (LPN/LVN) required.
- Clear and active LPN Licensure in the state of Salisbury, PA required.
- Active CPR Certification required.
Responsibilities:
- Administer treatment to patients according to established protocol.
- Administer prescribed medications according to established protocol.
- Communicate with patients’ family and/or care team about progress results of care plan to ensure optimal outcome to the patient.
- Maintain accurate records by recording patient information in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Prepare and clean treatment areas for next patient/doctor.
- Educate patients and their families about their patient's condition and care plan.
- Serve as patient education specialist in conjunction with other specialist(s).
- Provide quality patient care that addresses the needs of each individual patient/family to promote overall well-being.
