Zenith Design Build is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Project Coordinator to join our team in Clive, Iowa. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication throughout the construction process.
• Conduct comprehensive project assessments, including site visits, to gather accurate data and information for project estimation and cost analysis.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets based on project requirements, utilizing industry-standard software and tools.
• Source and review subcontractor bids, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and quality services.
• Monitor project progress, track expenses, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, budgetary updates, and potential risks.
• Implement and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the project management team to identify and resolve project-related issues, delays, and conflicts.
• Assist in the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction project coordination, preferably with expertise in estimating and cost analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
