We are launching a new campaign with a Fortune 500 client, and we are seeking an Assistant Manager to work in tandem with our Executive Staff to provide hands on training to our growing team, facilitate sales, and oversee daily operations. This is an opportunity that offers advancement into a managerial role upon completion of the hands on management training that we offer.
You will collaborate with all departments to obtain new skills in:
- Supervision and facilitation of sales goals
- Product knowledge and training
- Leadership and Business Development
- Territory management

- Inventory Control
- Campaign development and implementation
- Maintaining a professional working environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previously held leadership and/or managerial role
- Approachable, charismatic, and personable
- Passionate and motivated to succeed
- Communication skills must be second to none
- Assertive and authoritative with quick decision making skills
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously
- Skilled in delegating tasks and managing performance
