ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Recruitment Requirements: Understand and discuss organizational needs.
Applicant Sourcing: Engage with community services, colleges, agencies, and online platforms.
Candidate Management: Customer Service, source, screen, evaluate, and review candidates.
Job Descriptions: Create and post job descriptions.
Candidate Follow-up: Maintain communication with candidates.
Pipeline Development: Build a pipeline of potential candidates.
Client Relations: Manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Recruitment Improvement: Support senior leadership in enhancing recruitment processes.
Requirements
Experience: At least 1 year in recruitment or customer service.
Hours: Two 5 hour shifts per week
Location: Priority for applicants residing in a HUBZone area HUBZone Map (sba.gov).
Work Type: Remote, part-time.
Skills: Phone skills, recruiting, interviewing, diversity support, purposeful, professionalism, and punctuality.
Preferred Skills: Open-minded, excellent communication, patience, independence, critical thinking skills, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience, and MS Office 365 proficiency.
