About The Role
Zeno is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern ready to take the next step in their career and join a fast paced, collaborative team.
In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in various aspects of the recruitment process. This role offers hands-on experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening/scheduling, and employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate is coachable, extremely detail-oriented, eager to learn among a team of recruiters who are passionate about Talent Acquisition. This is a hybrid role, minimum of 2 days in office.

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. Responsibilities
- Support and participate in day-to-day tasks throughout Zeno’s US Summer Internship Recruitment process.
- Support full cycle recruitment for interns and entry level roles.
- Participate in DE&I recruitment strategies.
- Create an incredible candidate experience with proactive and precise correspondence.
- Jump into projects in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Talent (HR) partners as needed.
- Liaise with outside partners to post approved job requisitions to applicable job boards.
- Organize information and leverage our applicant tracking system (Lever) to keep the team on task with all open requisitions.
- Work closely with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview experience.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialist in attending career fairs, hosting students in office and attending industry events.
- Engage in continuous learning of Zeno's capabilities while immersing yourself in Zeno's fun, unique culture.
- At least 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition/Talent and/or genuine interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition.
- Approachable demeanor and ability to juggle multiple projects and proactively communicate the status for each.
- Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize daily tasks in order to meet deadlines in a dynamic agency environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Recognize the impact of self on others and maintain strong, collaborative relationships.
- Unwavering integrity and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
- You have experience using Lever.
- You have experience building SharePoint sites.
- You have a good sense of humor (actually, this one is required).
- You think strategically and bring new ideas to your work.
