Position
The Customer Success Coordinator is a key client-facing role primarily responsible for executing on pre-activation activities, driving new customer growth at new properties and enhancing the marketing elements of our new property onboarding process. This person will communicate directly and indirectly with residents and property managers through a variety of mediums including lobby events, property visits, scheduled and unscheduled phone calls, in-person and video meetings, direct emails, email blasts, door drops, social media, and events.
The ideal person for this position provides outstanding customer service, is comfortable communicating with customers on the phone, via email and in-person, can develop and manage relationships with property managers and other decision-makers for properties we service, can handle a fast-paced atmosphere, is technically proficient in Microsoft Office, and thrives by being hands-on.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of the Vice President of Marketing to facilitate successful execution of various marketing tasks throughout the new property onboarding process and managing projects and tasks in our project management tool.
- Drive new customer subscriptions and upgrades via relationships with property managers at new building activations, use of social media platforms and implementation of marketing tactics.
- Coordinate, plan and host lobby table events to drive new building customer subscriptions.
- Draft and convey written notices and other onboarding communications to property managers and other marketing contacts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns specific to new properties being onboarded.
- Drive subscriptions at properties throughout the activation process by developing relationships with property managers and other property staff members, ensuring staff members have accurate and updated information about our services, and identifying opportunities to exhibit marketing collateral, digital advertisements and billboards.
- Continuously improve marketing collateral to ensure we are delivering a clear and concise message to all potential subscribers.
- Update and manage the CRM process for all new properties as the information is collected, including updating contact information for property managers and other marketing contacts.
- Coordinate and assist with all marketing efforts via direct mail, email, digital platforms, and social media.
- Assist with the development of website content for new building activations.
Compensation
- Salary up $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience and skillset.
