With a robust and exciting hiring plan for 2022, as part of the Recruiting Crew you will help us find amazing talent across various business functions, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, and more. Reporting to our Recruiting Lead, together, we will grow our amazing Crew and keep helping teams build beautiful products!
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with Hiring Leads to understand their hiring needs
- Source qualified candidates and build short- and long-term pipelines
- Uncover top talent by researching the market and using tools including, but not limited to, LinkedIn Recruiter
- Drive candidate engagement by creating and implementing outreach campaigns to prospective talent
- Coordinate candidate interviews, virtual on-sites, and other related activities
- Partner with Recruiting Lead on implementing best practices for hiring; contribute to hiring strategies, recruiting operations, and candidate experience
- Ensure a high level of data integrity, and draw insights and actions from pipeline data
Requirements
- 2 years full-cycle recruiting experience for SaaS companies (either in-house or staffing agency)
- Proven track record of building high-quality and high-volume talent pipelines
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter; familiarity with other recruiting resources such as Angel.co, Gem, Hireflow, etc.
- Excellent people skills with an innate ability to foster positive relationships
- Passion for tech start-ups
- ATS experience (we use Greenhouse)
