The Sales Representative (Sales Rep) is responsible for selling our products or services to potential customers, clients, or businesses. The products being sold will include
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Generation:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
- Keep abreast of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products/services being offered.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Sales Documentation:
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documents.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Analyze sales trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and product development to meet customer needs.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
