ZGrills is seeking candidates who are passionate about delivering sales results. VP of sales(Retailer chain in stores channel ) Responsibilities:
- · Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls for your specific region.
- · Creating relationships with various retailers in order to sell ZGrills within their industries.
- · Calling big box retailers and distributors in stores on a weekly basis to create business partnerships.
- · Meeting planned sales goals.
- · Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- · Tracking sales goals and reporting results via CRM system.
- · Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- · Promoting the brand and our related products.
- · Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- · Working remotely within your specific region.
- · Working with the CEO and other VP of sales on creating successful sales structure for individual regions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Grill sales experience i.e. Pit Boss, Traeger, Weber, Charcoal, LP, etc.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing big box retailer customer accounts at least ten years .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $81,439.00 - $220,000.00 per year
