We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Professional to join our management team. As an Market Manager, you will play a vital role in educating, navigating, and enrolling qualified applicants in a federal benefit program and internet service or wireless plans on behalf of participating providers. This position requires a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging experiences for customers and staff.

Responsibilities:

- Represent the company and its partner providers at events, retail settings, and community outreach initiatives.

- Manage the staff engage with potential customers and applicants to educate them about the program and plans, their benefits, and the eligibility criteria.

- Provide personalized guidance to new staff members, helping them navigate the enrollment process and select the most suitable internet service or wireless plan.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the ACP and its offerings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.

- Collaborate with small business partners to promote the ACP and establish mutually beneficial relationships.

- Create compelling and interactive experiences that capture the attention of potential customers and drive enrollment in the program.

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, promotions, and offerings from partner providers to effectively communicate and promote them to customers.

- Maintain thorough knowledge of local market conditions and competitor offerings to effectively position the providers as the optimal choice for customers.

- Complete necessary administrative tasks, such as tracking customer interactions, submitting enrollment documentation, and reporting on campaign performance.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.

- Strong knowledge of the internet service and wireless industry, including an understanding of different plans, pricing structures, and technical specifications.

- Familiarity with the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) or similar initiatives is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and proactively, while also being a collaborative team player.

- Flexibility to work in various settings, including events, retail locations, and community outreach activities.

- Proficiency in utilizing technology and digital tools to support customer and staff interactions and enrollment processes.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
