As a UX Researcher, you’ll work with our design, product management, and development teams to create amazing user experiences across Zilliant’s product suite.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with product managers, customers and other stakeholders to create UX research plans that align with business goals and priorities
- Plan and execute a full spectrum of generative, iterative, and evaluative design research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests
- Guide design decisions and UX strategy
- Create personas, journey maps, user flows, and concepts
- Plan, facilitate and produce deliverables from design thinking workshops
- Analyze existing software for usability issues and provide recommendations for improvement
- Present deliverables with executive presence including decisions backed by data (analytics, research, usability studies, etc.).
- Empower the team and celebrate the creativity, development, and success of others.

Key Requirements
- 5 years of work experience. Experience designing solutions for B2B or enterprise environments preferred.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative UX research techniques such as surveys, interviews, usability tests, tree tests and card sorting
- Experience running discovery and design sessions with cross-functional teams such as product owners and architects to gather requirements and feedback
- Strong attention to detail, self-management skills, ability to manage substantial responsibility, capable of managing your project schedules, and an ability to collaborate across levels and roles.
- Strong portfolio or samples of design work demonstrating experience using user-centered design solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field
