Great opportunity to work with a well-known pharmaceutical company as an HR admin assistant. Hours for this role will be from 8:30-5 at least 4 times a week.
Duties:
- Conduct new hire interviews
- Greet new hires
- Coordinate and Facilitate New Hire Orientation (Including preparing new hire packets, pre-employment screenings, conduct facility tours, assist with badge and equipment disbursement
- Event Planning
Skills & Experience:
- High energy, self-sufficient and able to adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills
- Multitask with efficiency
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft and Excel with the ability to navigate in the software with ease
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- At least 1 - 2 years of HR Generalist experience
