What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Administrative Assistant position at Zing Recruiting NJ -- a Peoplelink Company?

Great opportunity to work with a well-known pharmaceutical company as an HR admin assistant. Hours for this role will be from 8:30-5 at least 4 times a week.

Duties:

  • Conduct new hire interviews
  • Greet new hires
  • Coordinate and Facilitate New Hire Orientation (Including preparing new hire packets, pre-employment screenings, conduct facility tours, assist with badge and equipment disbursement
  • Event Planning

Skills & Experience:

  • High energy, self-sufficient and able to adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills
  • Multitask with efficiency
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft and Excel with the ability to navigate in the software with ease
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • At least 1 - 2 years of HR Generalist experience
