Description:
Source senior level candidates.
Screen and interview candidates to ensure quality candidates are presented.
Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan hiring process.
Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates.
Assist with other duties as needed.
Skills & Experience:
Proven work experience in recruitment – ideally as a Technical Recruiter.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain IT roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
