Hiring: Unit Sales Manager
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00/hr. (DOE)
Location: Aurora, Bolingbrook, and Naperville, IL area
Position Summary
The Unit Sales Manager is responsible for site-level sales, focus on training and goal-setting. Ensure team members are knowledgeable about car wash packages and can effectively communicate pricing and the benefits of the unlimited wash club membership. Collaborate with management to set and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the unlimited wash club. Regularly update the KPI board and manage the placement of team members at the pay station. Conduct interviews to assess sales skills, meet with the manager weekly to discuss sales performance, and actively participate in sales meetings with the site or general manager. The Unit Sales Manager role also has a strong focus on customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits, prioritize creating a positive experience for each customer.

Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1 year of sales experience in a retail or similar environment.
- Flexibility in working hours, including days, nights, weekends, and select holidays.
- Leadership and Motivation: Ability to motivate and inspire staff members.
- Effective Communication: Positive communication with managers, co-workers, and customers.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Adaptability and Stress Management: Works well under pressure, capable of multitasking.
- Sales and Training Expertise: Proficiency in selling memberships and training team members.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments, being outside in various weather conditions, and being on your feet for extended periods.
- Independent Work: Ability to work independently.
- Physical Fitness: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and exhibiting physical mobility in reaching, grabbing, stretching, and squatting.
- Noise Tolerance: Comfortable working with loud mechanical equipment for prolonged periods.
